Stray thoughts

It' s been a while, but life goes on found some interesting bits on Bintty, so made a note here.

Popped into ASIB last night to see what was going on. Not much, so went home and had a early night.
Today I have been busy at work for a change. Probably because we have an upgraded system, and it takes longer to do anything. Getting used to it though.
Going home soon to sort out some cards for AH tomorrow. Might be able to reduce the debt a bit.

Went to the club last night, and played A few games of flux and apples to apples. Had a few drinks, not sure how many though. J gave me some money for Friday night, but I owe the Card Guy £93:00 now. My city of Brass had arrived during the day, which was nice.
Tube trouble this morning, was nearly late. Busy at work today for a change. Have to speak to A about PPC later.

Well, here I am back in London, and at work. Bought some new shoes and had a hair cut in the morning. Traveled up on Saturday. Not much happened. Saw D & G with the kids, got some sleep. Sunday, went to little D's Christening, then the do after. Nice to see everyone again. Monday traveled back to London.
That about sums up the weekend.

The rest of yesterday was quiet. The meeting I was to go to was moved to this morning. Not really that interesting, but better than work. Bought some cards on the net as I was bored. At least it's Friday. Not going to the club tonight, as I have to get ready for the weekend. Off upto Sunderland for the Christening of my nephew. Should be a good weekend. Coming back on Monday, so nothing till then. Roll on 5:30

Popped in to the shop, but did not see any Magic, or anyone I knew, so just went home for a quiet night in. Just watched the TV while it rained outside.
Checked if I won anything on ebay this morning. Spent another £20.00. Better do some work to pay for it.

Another productive day at work today. One meeting to be told how the new PR man will do his job. Then another to be trained on the new software starting next week.
Think I will pop into And So It Begins and see if I can do a draft on the way home.

Well, went to the club, and only had 3 pints of stella (8.86 units). Played some crib and 8th edition mini masters, which was fun. Lost £0.90 in the crib though. Picadilly line was up the spout on the way home, waited for nealy an hour for my connection, and did not get home till gone one. feel nackered this morning, see how the day goes.

Got fed up at work today. I've been here since the beginning of the month, (2nd September 2003), and they are not using me to what I feel is my full potential. Well I've got time to do this! I'm off to play games at the games club tonight hope I don't drink too much. Just see what happens.
